Interactive Documents & correspondence management
messagepoint™ is more than a highly effective TransPromo solution. With messagepoint, your organization can provide interactive portals and workflow that enable your team to generate dynamic, on-demand interactive communication touchpoints.
Requestors utilize the messagepoint™ Requestor Portal to select, assemble and customize on-demand communication touchpoints such as letters, and welcome kits. Based on touchpoint characteristics, requestors can add, edit or remove content based on their customization needs. messagepoint can also lock important content to prevent unwanted changes. If new content elements are required, such as a new logo, the Requestor can assign a messagepoint task to a Content Editor to create the new element on their behalf.
messagepoint Content Editors are responsible for creating, authoring and maintaining the default content for the interactive documents using the native messagepoint environment. The content can be either static (locked) or dynamic (interactive). Content Editors can also add targeting for the content and often interact with other stakeholders in the organization such as compliance, translation, and product managers to edit and approve the default content. The customizable messagepoint workflow provides all the required approval steps for effective control of the interactive communications prior to release to customers.
